MIDI mapping, Imrovisation

For this lab experiment will are building a toolkit for improvisation.

 

  1. using sounds from previous labs, set up a session where you can trigger samples and loops.
  2. Add audio effects
  3. Connect MIDI controls to your audio effects such that
    1. Multiple effects are dynamically controlled with one fader/knob
    2. Effects can be gated/triggered by a sound that is not heard.

When we present these sessions,  other players will have a chance to make music with your toolkit.
